In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), we hereby inform users and visitors of the site: Calveya, of the following information:

2. Overview and Principle
The term "User" hereinafter refers to any internet user connecting to and using the above-named site: Calveya.
The Calveya site brings together a set of services, provided as-is, made available to users. It is specified here that users must remain courteous and act in good faith toward other users as well as toward the Calveya site's webmaster. The Calveya site is regularly updated by Kamteo.
Calveya strives to provide information on the Calveya site that is as accurate as possible (subject to changes made since it was posted online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published on its site, whether provided by itself or by third-party partners who supply this information. Accordingly, the user acknowledges that they use this information (provided for informational purposes, non-exhaustive, and subject to change) at their own sole responsibility.
3. Accessibility
The Calveya site is, in principle, accessible to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for interruptions, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance purposes or in the event of force majeure. In the event the service becomes unavailable, Calveya commits to doing its utmost to restore access to the service and will endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of any intervention. Being subject only to a best-efforts obligation, Calveya cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from unavailability of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
Calveya is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, or holds usage rights, to all elements accessible on the site, including its structure as well as its text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.
Any total or partial reproduction of the Calveya site, representation, modification, publication, or total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of Kamteo, the site's owner, at contact@calveya.com; otherwise it will be considered an act of infringement and subject to legal action in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Hyperlinks and Cookies
The Calveya site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information sites, etc.) set up with Kamteo's authorization. However, Kamteo is not able to verify the entire content of the sites visited in this way and therefore disclaims all liability regarding any potential risk of unlawful content.
The user is informed that, during their visits to the Calveya site, one or more cookies may be automatically installed on their computer via their browser software. A cookie is a block of data that does not identify the user but records information relating to their browsing on the site.

On the Calveya site, Kamteo only collects personal information (pursuant to Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978) relating to the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the Calveya site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when they enter it themselves. The user is informed, in each case, whether providing this information is mandatory.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, data files, and civil liberties, every user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the personal data concerning them. To exercise this right, send your request to Calveya by email at contact@calveya.com or in writing, duly signed, accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing the signature of the document's holder, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.
No personal information about a user of the Calveya site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold in any form to third parties. Only in the event of the sale of the Calveya site and its associated rights is Kamteo authorized to transfer such information to the potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify data with respect to users of the Calveya site.
